"The Little Church with a Big Heart!"
Saxeville Baptist Church has its roots in a ministry to the Danish speaking community that settled in the area during the late nineteenth century. In 1886 the church joined the American Baptist Churches and in 1891 the current Saxeville Baptist Church building was built. Dedicated in 1893, the building has been updated through the years, including a wheelchair ramp and chairlift opened in 1999.
The members of Saxeville Baptist Church are excited and hopeful for their future doing God's will. They are active in a new set of gatherings and workshops for small churches in small communities.
The church is located near the towns of Pine River, Wild Rose, Wautoma, and Waupaca, and is the only American Baptist church in the area. The congregation welcomes you to visit any time you are close by!
