Responds to State Emergencies
When
the roof of the Milwaukee Christian Center developed a serious
leak action had to be taken immediately to continue the vital
ministries housed there Loans were secured from the Roundy
Loan Fund of ABC/Wisconsin and the American Baptist Extension
Corporation. In addition, a grant of $8000 was provided from
the One Great Hour of Sharing. When a devastating apartment
fire struck Racine numerous families from ABC-related St.
Paul Missionary Baptist Church were displaced. One Great Hour
of Sharing provided financial assistance in the amount of
$5000. Your gifts to One Great Hour of Sharing helps at home
and around the world.
