The American Baptist Churches of Wisconsin, since its inception, has held advocacy and justice as a part of its identity. Our current vision statement reads as follows: “To engage with churches, ministers, and ministries in collaborative and transformative work with our local and global communities by modeling integrity, pursuing justice, and fostering resilience while affirming the sacred worth of each person as beloved in Christ and by His church.”

 

We believe that our work of standing up for our brothers and sisters across the world fits our vision statement by taking action in modeling integrity, pursuing justice, and fostering resilience.
