Annual Gathering 2026 Registration

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

1). Please fill out the registration form below, one per person ages 13+

It is a Google form. If you cannot see the whole form, use the bar on the right-hand side to scroll down.

Children/youth ages 12 and younger should be registered on the same form as a parent/guardian for childcare (free).
Ages 13-17 should have a separate registration for each youth and include the name/phone number of the parent/guardian responsible.

PLEASE use one form per person. You may enter another registration after completing this one and clicking "Submit."

If you are unable to click the "Submit" form, try a different browser. If you do NOT receive an email copy of your registration, then we did NOT receive it.

If you are using iPhone or Apple products, you will need to try another browser as Google does not always work with Apple.

2). Following completion of all registrations, please proceed to the Payment link below.

If the card used is not the same name as the registrant OR you are using one card for multiple registrations, please send an email to abcwi.office@abcofwi.org following payment to let us know who you have paid for so we can confirm in our records.

DELEGATE INFORMATION

Please read the information below BEFORE registering from the ABCWI Bylaws, Article V, Section 2–Voting Delegates.

  1. Voting delegates at the Annual Meeting of ABC/WI shall be: all members of the Board, one pastor from each ABC/WI active church, and endorsed representatives from ABC/WI active churches.
  2. Endorsed representatives shall consist of: two individuals chosen by each active church and an additional individual for each fifty members, or any major fraction of fifty, above the first one hundred members; membership shall be according to the most recently submitted Church Annual Report.
  3. Voting delegates shall be required to register at the Annual Meeting of the ABC/WI prior to the business session.
  4. Quorum shall be thirty (30) delegates of ABC/WI for the transaction of business.

Scholarship Information

Clergy and Ministers who meet the qualifications are eligible to use the Blumer Fund Grant if they have not already applied in 2026.

Youth and Young Adults (ages 13-30) may apply for this year's 2026 Youth-Young Adult Scholarship. A limit of 8 scholarships will be awarded per individual church.
