Sponsorship Levels

Please select the level of support you wish to purchase. Levels are on the registration form and are as follows:

 

Individual Sponsorships

Sustaining Individual: $100 (Name listed in program booklet)

 

Church Sponsorships

Partnering Church: $100 (Name listed in program booklet)

Supporting Church: $150 (Name and advertisement printed in program booklet)

Sustaining Church: $250 (2 free registrations, logo on back of T-shirt, name and advertisement printed in program booklet)

 

Organizations

Partnering Organization: $100 (Name listed in program book)

Supporting Organization: $250 (Name and advertisement printed in program booklet)

Sustaining Organization: $500 (2 free registrations, logo on back of T-shirt, name and advertisement printed in program booklet)

Please enter the name of the individual, church, or organization and the word SPONSORSHIP in the note field.
If paying by check, please mail a check to ABC Wisconsin, 1011 N. Mayfair Rd. #205, Wauwatosa, WI 53226 and add the individual name, church or organization and SPONSORSHIP in the memo line.
